This was my first time selling a home and Nikki was fantastic. She kept me informed of everything going on and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend her to anyone and will use her again if I buy or sell a house in the future.

Nikki was so helpful from the beginning thru the closing!! We are out of town buyers moving into Hot Springs. Nikki was always available when we needed her. She sent us listings to review. We’d come in to town with little notice and she’d had arrangements for us to see some houses. A few days before closing, there was an issue with the title work, Nikki went out of her way to get the issue resolved by going door to door to the houses on the street to get signatures of the owners to help clear the title issue. With us being from out of town she provided us with phone numbers to get all the utilities switched over. Nikki took great care of us and we highly recommend her!!! Joe & Becky
